We strive to remain at the cutting edge of reneable energy technology and eco practices.
We have installed a photovoltaic (solar) system for our electricity, we collect rainwater, have an organic vegetable garden, we recycle all our waste, and use highly biodegradable cleaning products. We buy products from small producers and sustainable and / or handicraft suppliers. Our name Carménère is a tribute to the rediscovered grape variety, and we celebrate it with a Chilean / organic wine cellar.
